Hey Canada, we’ve heard your cries for a reliable and affordable EVA foam brand in the north. Fret no more, we’ve added EVA foam sheets to our crafting shop! Brought to you by Lumin’s Workshop, we’re excited to introduce two kinds of high-quality sheet EVA foam: Form-Lite and Hard-Lite. Read on to learn how you can best use them, and you’ll never go back to floor mats ever again!

We know how much time and energy goes into your builds, so make it last by choosing these high-quality EVA foams. While Hard-Lite is incredibly tear resistant, is Form-Lite is the most flexible and stretchable, without sacrificing quality.
Large Sheets to fit your patterns
We know you have big dreams and big projects, so we’ve got sizes that match your ambition. Both Form-Lite and Hard Lite come in half sheets (50cm x 100cm), and full sheets (100cm x 100cm). Available in eight thicknesses from 1mm up to 10mm.

Thermoplastics? No problem!
With its incredibly smooth texture, both Form-Lite and Hard-Lite are compatible with your favourite thermoplastics - if you need them that is! Both foams are extremely durable, and with a proper surface treatment at the end of your build, you might just say goodbye to those heavy thermoplastics for good ;)

No foam is better for shaping! Achieve those complex curves with this lightweight, beginner friendly material.
- Super formable EVA foam, it heat forms very easily for compound curves and armour.
- Very lightweight, Form-Lite is around half the weight of other EVA foams of similar hardness.
- Form-Lite is beginner friendly, and cuts and sands like a dream.
How to use:
- Heat form the piece as needed using a heat gun (a hair dryer will not be hot enough!)
- Glue with Contact Cement
- Prime your finished piece with Flexbond or Plastidip
- Paint with flexible paints like acrylics, HexPaints, or by airbrushing.

- Shore Hardness of 45*
- High Density - 125kg/m3
- Available in 8 thicknesses: 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm
*While we do everything we can to keep our products as consistent as possible, the manufacturing process of EVA foam can cause some slight variation in the foam. Please allow for a Shore Hardness of +/-3

Make durable, detailed, lightweight props like never before.
- Hard-Lite EVA is incredibility durable and stiff (significantly more so than standard EVA "Puzzle Mat" foam and craft foams)
- Perfect for creating super durable pieces.
- Holds very sharp and angular details.
- Very lightweight, Hard-Lite is around half the weight of other EVA foams of similar hardness.
- The best choice for laser cutting
How to use:
- Cut with a SHARP hobby or Stanley knife
- Heat form the piece as needed using a heat gun - a lot of heat is required for the Hard-Lite (a hair dryer will not be hot enough!)
- Glue with contact cement
- Prime your finished piece with Flexbond or Plastidip
- Paint with flexible paints like acrylics, HexPaints, or by airbrushing.

- Shore Hardness of 60*
- High Density - 200kg/m3
- Available in 8 thicknesses: 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm
